Welcome to Nanny Ride. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Service

Nanny Ride provides safe, scheduled transportation for children, operated exclusively by highly qualified female drivers with childcare experience. Our services are designed for parents and legal guardians who seek trusted daily transportation for their kids.

2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Be the legal parent or guardian of the child

  • Register with accurate personal and child information

  • Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

3. Ride Bookings & Availability

  • All rides must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Availability may vary based on location and schedule.

  • Users are responsible for entering accurate pickup and drop-off details.

  • You must ensure your child is ready at the scheduled time.

4. Ride Plans & Payments

  • Payments are made in advance through Stripe via secure checkout.

  • You may choose from various ride plans or purchase one-time rides.

  • All sales are final. Refunds are issued only in cases of service failure.

  • A receipt will be sent automatically to your email.

5. Cancellations & Missed Rides

  • You may cancel a ride up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • Rides canceled later than this or missed without notice are non-refundable.

6. Safety Commitment

  • All drivers are women with 5+ years of childcare experience

  • Drivers undergo fingerprint background checks and drug testing every 6 months

  • Only modern, well-maintained vehicles are used

  • Each ride is GPS-tracked with real-time updates to parents

  • Maximum of 5 children per vehicle, except for private VIP plans

7. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure that your child is appropriately dressed and ready for pickup

  • Maintain respectful communication with our staff and drivers

  • Keep your contact details and emergency information up to date

8. Limitations of Liability

While we maintain the highest safety standards, Nanny Ride shall not be held liable for:

  • Traffic delays, road conditions, or weather disruptions

  • Incorrect booking information provided by the user

  • Acts beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride in question.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate any part of these Terms

  • You misuse our platform or harass staff

  • Your payment fails repeatedly

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on nannyride.com are the property of Nanny Ride and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
