1. Acceptance
By using Nanny Ride, you agree to these terms and referenced policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Services
Nanny Ride provides pre-scheduled rides for children conducted by thoroughly vetted and trained drivers. We reserve the right to modify or suspend any feature or service.
3. Eligibility
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be a legal parent or guardian of the child
- Must provide accurate and up-to-date information
4. Payments
Plans must be paid in advance. No refunds are issued after services are rendered. Transactions may show as “Nanny Ride” or "Stripe" on your billing statement.
5. Cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled ride to avoid a fee. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
6. Safety
All drivers pass background checks, fingerprinting, and are re-screened every 6 months. Vehicles are inspected regularly and meet our safety standards.
7. Liability
Nanny Ride is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. GPS tracking is used on all rides to ensure safety.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and branding on our site belong to Nanny Ride. Do not reuse or distribute without written permission.
