Can I see where my child is during the ride?
Yes. Once a ride begins, you’ll see live GPS tracking in the app. You’ll know exactly where the driver is and how far along the route they’ve gone — in real time.
Will I get notified during the ride?
You’ll receive notifications at key points: when the driver is on the way, when your child is picked up, and when they’re dropped off. You can also open the app anytime to view progress.
What if something goes wrong?
If anything feels off — a delay, route change, or your child doesn’t respond — contact us immediately at (818) 572‑7590. Our team can see the ride status, reach the driver, and intervene if needed.

Can my child contact me during the ride?
If your child has a phone, yes — they can text or call you anytime. We also recommend setting up alerts to their device so they know who the driver is and when to expect pickup.
What happens if the driver is running late?
Delays are rare, but if they occur due to traffic or weather, you’ll be notified instantly. You can track the car live and contact the driver through the app. In case of longer delays, our support team will step in and offer alternative solutions if needed.
Is someone monitoring rides in real time?
Yes. Our operations team monitors every active ride. If something seems unusual (stopping too long, going off route, no movement), we’re alerted and can take immediate action to ensure your child is safe.
