Why do I need to create a child profile?

Creating a profile for each child helps us deliver safe and personalized rides. It allows our drivers to know who they're picking up, where to go, and any special needs to be aware of — before the ride even begins.

What information is included?

Each child profile includes:

• Full name
• Age and school grade
• Photo (optional, but recommended)
• Allergies or medical notes
• Emergency contact
• Pick-up and drop-off locations

You can edit this information anytime from the app.

Can I add more than one child?

Yes. You can add multiple children to your account. Each child will have their own profile, and you’ll be able to schedule rides for them individually or together — depending on your needs.

Can I update pickup or drop-off locations?

Absolutely. You can save, edit, or change pickup/drop-off addresses at any time from your dashboard. We recommend saving common locations (home, school, daycare, etc.) to make booking even faster.

What if my child has special instructions?

We encourage you to add any notes about your child’s behavior, needs, or preferences directly in their profile. Our drivers review all rider info before the ride, so they’re prepared to create a positive experience.

Is my child’s data safe?

Yes. We take privacy and data protection seriously. Your child’s information is encrypted and never shared with third parties. Only authorized drivers assigned to your ride can view your child’s profile.
