How do I schedule a ride?

Once your account is set up and you’ve added a child profile, go to the “Bookings” tab in the app. Select the date, pickup time, pickup and drop-off locations, and the child’s name.

You’ll get a confirmation once the ride is matched with a driver.

Can I schedule rides for multiple children?

Yes! You can schedule rides for multiple kids as long as they’re added to your profile. If the children are being picked up from or dropped off at different locations, you can create separate bookings for each.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule a ride up to 24 hours before pickup — no problem. After that, a cancellation fee may apply to fairly compensate the driver.

To make changes, just go to your scheduled ride and tap “Edit” or “Cancel.”

Can I book last-minute rides?

We recommend scheduling rides at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute requests may not always be fulfilled, especially during peak hours.

If you need help urgently, contact support and we’ll do our best.

How do I know if a ride is confirmed?

As soon as a driver accepts your request, you’ll receive a confirmation notification in the app — along with their name, vehicle info, and live tracking link.

You can always view the ride status under the “My Rides” section.

How many children are in a vehicle?

Unless you're on a Private Plan, each ride may include up to 5 children from a maximum of 3 different families. We carefully group riders based on proximity and timing to ensure smooth, efficient routes.

If you'd prefer that your child rides alone or only with siblings, our Private Prime Plan ensures the vehicle is reserved exclusively for your child(ren). No other riders will be matched to that ride — ever.

This is ideal for families who want full control, maximum privacy, or have children with specific needs.
