Can I track my child’s ride in real time?
Yes — every ride is fully tracked through the Nanny Ride app. You’ll receive updates when the driver is on the way, when the child is picked up, and when they’re safely dropped off.
You can also open the ride at any time and see live GPS tracking of the vehicle.
Will I get notified during the ride?
Absolutely. Our system sends real-time push notifications to your phone during key ride moments. If you don’t receive them, check your notification settings in your phone and in the app.
Can I contact the driver?
Yes. You can contact the assigned driver directly through the app once the ride is confirmed. You’ll see their name, profile, and a messaging/call option. We encourage communication for smooth coordination.
