How do I install the app?

The Nanny Ride app is available on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Just search for "Nanny Ride", download the app, and log in using your account credentials.

What if I don’t receive notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Nanny Ride in your phone’s settings. You’ll receive updates when a ride is scheduled, started, and completed — as well as any important alerts from your driver.

If you’re still not receiving alerts, try reinstalling the app or checking your device’s battery optimization settings.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes! You can log into the same account on multiple phones or tablets — for example, one for each parent. Just make sure you log out if you no longer want notifications on a particular device.

How do I update my app?

We recommend keeping your app up to date to access new features and important security improvements. Updates can be installed through your phone’s App Store or Google Play settings.

What if the app crashes or doesn’t load?

First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, check your internet connection or restart your device. Still stuck? Delete and reinstall the app, or contact our support team for help.

Can I use the app without a subscription?

You can browse plans and create your child’s profile for free. However, to schedule rides, you’ll need to select an active ride plan.
