What types of plans do you offer?
Nanny Ride offers a variety of flexible ride packages — from occasional bundles to full-week coverage. You can choose a plan based on how often your child needs transportation and how many children will ride.
We also offer a Private Prime Plan for families who prefer exclusive rides with no ride-sharing.
How does payment work?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Once you select a plan, you’ll be charged upfront and can start scheduling rides immediately.
Can I cancel my plan?
Plans are non-refundable once rides begin. However, if you purchased a plan but haven’t used any rides yet, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
We aim to be flexible — just reach out to our support team and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan anytime — whether you need more rides or want to switch to private service. Just visit the “Plans” tab in the app and choose the option that fits your current needs.
Do rides expire?
Unused rides typically expire 30 days after purchase unless otherwise stated. We’ll always notify you before expiration so you have a chance to use them or extend your plan.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We use Stripe — one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world — to securely process all transactions. Your card data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
